Back home

Back home at last after the 3 month trip, it’s been great but it is nice to be in our own place after living out of a rucksack all Summer.

There have been many highlights on the trip which I’m sure we’ll remember for a long time.

This game seemed jinxed from the start and turned out to be the first defeat of the season. There was tension in the hot afternoon air and the bright autumnal sun shone low onto the terraces. There was a buzz of uncertaincy around – was there someone present, perhaps a long lost and weary traveller who would be too shocked by an Albion win after such a long time away from the terraces? YES. Simon had returned and all those wonderful stories of winning matches at the start of the season must have been a dream made up by those poor old supporters who had survived another typical British summer. WELCOME HOME SIMON AND
